Once you have your loyalty members setup, you can begin to import their existing points by matching either their reference ID, customer_no, email or mobile_number. Once you have matched this, you can then import the following fields:

  1. Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel

  2. Go to the Company Menu and click on Import Data

  3. You need to import 3 data sets to complete this:

  4. Select "Loyalty Points" from the data you want to import

  5. Attach your file

  6. Map the fields

  7. Click Import

You should now see your members and points in the system. Please note imports follow all rules in the system, so if they can only be rewarded once, they will only get the points once no matter how many times you import.

  • Activity Completed* (this should match the title of the loyalty activity)

  • Points Earned (if you leave this blank it will use the total reward points for that activity)

  • Status (approved, pending, denied, expired)

  • Notes (internal)

  • Rewarded On (date) (any format works MM/DD/YYYY)

  • Business Name (what company is associated with rewarding these points)

  • Notes (viewable by member)

  • Membership ID (this can be used instead of their email, mobile, customer_no or reference)

  • Import ID (set this and it will prevent importing of duplicates)
