Within PeopleVine, you can setup an online scheduler for both one-on-one or group appointments as well as allow people to reserve rooms, assets and more. In this tutorial we will walk you through setting up an online appointment scheduler where you can set your availability.

Follow these steps to setup a scheduler for online appointment booking:

  1. Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel

  2. Go to Sell > Scheduler > Setup Appointment Scheduler

  3. Fill in the details and all required fields. We select the best experience by default, but our list of options allow you to fully customize the experience.

  4. Once you have completed the scheduler settings, click Continue to add available time slots.

  5. When setting up the available time slots, you can set it up to repeat on a recurring basis, set a price and even set how frequently they occur.

Once you've added your availability, the scheduler is now ready to use.
