To manually add customers to your PeopleVine CRM database:
Click the People (CRM) tab in your company's Control Panel and select "Register Person."
Enter name, contact info, and social media handles for your customer.
Fill out the "Account Login Information" section to provide the customer access to your company's customer-facing PeopleVine portal. Check the box next to "Send an e-mail to this person with their password" to notify them of their account creation (customers will use this account to log in to your loyalty program/enter contests, etc.).
