Under the CRM menu you will find a link to Customer Spend Report. This report is designed to show you who and how much or how little people are spending across the different revenue streams in Peoplevine.
You can see a breakdown of revenue for:
Total Revenue
Subscription Revenue (recurring revenue)
Commerce Revenue (ecommerce and POS)
Events Revenue
Schedule Revenue (appointments and reservations)
Application Revenue
Charity Revenue (donations and fundraisers)
Giftcard Revenue
Other Revenue (one-time charges and other unstructured revenue)
You can also filter the data by date or sort by least and most spend across all the categories above.
