When setting up your membership program/loyalty program, make sure that you set the Scan Type to Only Need the Member's Number to ensure that it inputs properly.

Now enter the following values:

  • You can get your Access Token by going to the Company Menu and clicking on Integrated Platforms.  Then click on the NCR Silver option in the Control Panel

  • Make sure you add the location name and associate it with a business directory location.  You can create a business directory location by going to the Directory engine, register a profile and then add the location where the POS is located.

Once connected, you will be able to look up loyalty members in the POS and reward points.
