You can trigger automation when someone's profile is updated or specifically when they update themselves. As well when their subscription or membership card are modified.
You can now enable new alerts (customer-update and customer-updateself) to trigger a campaign, email notification, alert to staff or kick-off a webhook. Look for these options when setting up these items:
When a subscription is updated or a membership is updated, you can automatically trigger a notification for membership_changed and subscription_changed.
