Schedule a post

Social listeners/ tracking

To sign in with Facebook/ Twitter

  1. You must first authenticate Facebook & Twitter before being able to schedule posts. From the main dashboard, click on the drop-down icon next to your company name (top left)

  2. Click on 'Integrated Platforms'

  3. Scroll to the bottom, where you will see the options to sign in using your credentials.

  4. You will be prompted to confirm which pages you want PeopleVine to have access to.

  5. You will then be able to select which access/permissions you want PeopleVine to have.

  6. Click done and then OK to continue. You will now be returned to PeopleVine.

    If you are authenticated, you'll see a confirmation and a link to schedule a post.


Schedule a post

  1. When scheduling a post, you will be prompted to select which network, when to post and additional info to include in the post.

  2. Click on Engage>Schedule New Post

  3. If you choose Post Now, your post will automatically posted on the selected social network pages.

  4. If you choose to post later, please note we send every 15 minutes on 00, 15, 30 and 45 past each hour.

  5. At any time, you can remove access to a specific page by going to the company settings and integrated platforms, then look for the specific Facebook page and click the delete icon


Social Listeners/ Tracking

Social listeners enable to you to track keywords, hashtags, and mentions with the option of automatically adding the customers that post them to your CRM database.

To utilise listeners/ tracking:

  1. Go to Connect>Setup New Listener

  2. You'll now be taken to a new page where you can add tracking details
