Due to caching within your web browser, the image you uploaded may not reflect the latest file attached.  If this is the case, you could either 1) open up your browser in Private/Incognito mode to view it or 2) hold the Control (CTRL) key on a PC or the Command (⌘) key on Mac and hit the refresh button in your browser.  You should now see the latest version.
