Add a Contact Us Form to Your Member Directory Pages

So you want people to contact members in your business directory? PeopleVine enables you to setup a contact form to be used for all directory contacts. This 1) allows you to add the sender to your CRM and 2) track all communication going through the platform. To enable this, follow these steps:

  1. In PeopleVine, go to Engage and Create a New Survey

  2. Under the Assign to a Page section, select "Contact Form for Directory"

  3. When adding questions, please note that by default we will capture first name, last name, email address and mobile number (where first name and email are required). You would then create the additional fields (e.g. "enter your message").

Once this is in place, people can contact companies in your directory directly.
