One of the easiest ways to track the total hits from a lead source is by setting up a short URL in PeopleVine. Once this URL is setup, you can then start to track each time it's visited. To set this up, follow these steps:
Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel
Click on the Company Menu and click on Short URL under URLs and Domains
Create a New Short URL
Enter a name for the URL (for your reference) and the destination (including the http:// or https://).
For example you may call it "Campaign Social Ad" to identify how many people clicked on the social ad link.
Click Save
Now that your short URL is setup, we will track every time someone visits it. They can go directly to the short URL (which keep in mind is case sensitive) or we also generate a QR code.
