PeopleVine at times will send out a standard email or sms based on an activity in the platform. For example:
Reminding someone about an upcoming appointment or reservation (appointment slot, reservation_slot)
We have setup general templates for these scenarios which you can modify by making a copy. Please note, when making a copy, you will deviate away from the master template (which we update on occasion).
To modify the template:
Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel
Go to Automate > Campaign Templates
Select the template you want to edit. Under the owner column you will see if you've edit this or if you're using the master template.
Click to view and make your updates.
