By updating the commerce settings, you can enable free shipping when people spend at least X. To set this up, follow these steps:
Login to the Peoplevine Control Panel
Go to Sell > eCommerce > Commerce Settings
Under shipping Fees and Locations, you can check the box "We would like to offer free shipping when the customer spends a certain amount.
Then enter the amount.
