Peoplevine Commerce can send your fulfillment center/warehouse a notification when inventory has gone below a certain threshold. To set this up, follow these steps:
Setup your warehouse/fulfillment center
Create your product
Add the inventory location (for that warehouse)
Add inventory for the product
Set the inventory location to the warehouse you just setup
6. Check the box that says "Notify the warehouse when inventory drops below a certain level" and you will be prompted to enter the total.
Now when your inventory falls below the threshold level, you will receive an e-mail notification as such:
Please note that this email is sent daily to the email address on file with the warehouse location. It can also be setup for each inventory record as inventory is added or edited in the system.
