How to Change Your Member Nomination Form

This article shows you how to change the nomination form found on your member portal.

Members of your club can nominate others through a form, which is accessible in your control panel.

This form was automatically set up for you during the onboarding process. However, if you ever wish to update it, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Engage tab and click Manage Forms.

  2. Look for the form labeled "Nominate Member".

  3. Click Edit and uncheck the option "Attach this form to another experience (disable standalone form)".

  4. Next, select the form you want to use as your new member nomination form.

  5. Check the option "Attach this form to another experience (disable standalone form)" and choose "Nominate a Member" from the available options.
