How Do I Get Started?

To activate advanced tax features, contact your Peoplevine account representative to upgrade to the new Member Portal 3.0. Then, configure tax rules and groups via Company → Accounting → Tax Rules / Tax Groups, and assign them to items as needed.

Peoplevine is introducing Item-Specific Discount Codes with Micros POS - a solution for venues that want greater control over how they reward their members.

  • Tailored discounts by membership tier: Local members can receive full benefits, e.g. 10% off food and alcohol, while global members get food-only discounts.

  • Seamless and reliable benefit application: Discounts are automatically applied, ensuring a consistent experience without manual input.

How do I Get Started?

Create distinct, item(s)-specific discounts in Micros EMC with the correct discount percentages and input the assigned numeric code into the POS Discount Code (Micros Only) field within the desired Membership type in Peoplevine.

Self-Service Membership Cancellation is now available for clubs seeking to empower members with direct control over their subscriptions while minimizing administrative overhead.

To enable this feature, first, contact your Peoplevine account representative to upgrade to the new Member Portal 3.0. Then, by toggling “Allow subscribers to cancel via My Account” within the Subscription Service settings tied to your membership plans. Ensure signup settings are set to “Public” or “Private” (not Full Service/Admin Only) for full functionality.


New Feature Release: Newsletter Archiving

Peoplevine introduces the Archived (Hidden) Status for newsletters, offering a streamlined way to manage public content visibility while preserving internal access.

How Do I Get Started?

To archive a newsletter, go to Newsletters → Edit, change the status to “Archived (Hidden)”, and click Update. Archived newsletters are removed from member view but remain accessible to admins.
