When viewing subscriptions, you will see the following options to help you identify recent updates to their payment on file.  

If you see the Payment Ready flag on the subscription, you will also notice the Payment Updated flag to identify when the payment was last updated in order to identify possibly failing subscriptions or lack of completing the payment checkout. 

In addition you can find subscribers with recent updates to their payment method by selecting the Recent Payment on File Update button located under Subscription Reports.
