How do you ensure that you are getting rewarded with loyalty points for using "Mentions" and "Hashtags".
In order to earn points for posting on social, you need to first setup the listener for a specific hashtag/@mention. Once added, you can then setup a loyalty activity to reward these points. In order for you to earn these points please make sure your social handle is registered with your CRM profile by:
editing the CRM profile and adding their social handle
the loyalty member clicks on the activity in the loyalty portal and walks through the steps to authenticate their social handle.
