If you need to adjust the next billing date for a set of members at once, you can do this by leveraging our "Adjust Next Billing Date" tool. To access this tool, go to your subscriptions and click on the Adjust Next Billing Date button.*

To change everyone's next billing date
Enter the total months you want to push their billing out or enter the date to adjust everyone's next date to. Then select the services you want to assign this to. When you leave them all unchecked, we'll apply this to all.*
*Please note, this does not adjust any campaigns you may have configured on this subscriptions' renewal.
To batch update current member rates to the new pricing.
Go to Sell > View Subscriptions > Adjust Billing (button at top).
Toggle on ‘Update their subscription rate to the latest service rate…’
Select the services that have had a rate adjustment.
Click Update Billing.
This will update everyone’s subscription rate that belongs to that membership. Please note this action will override that, and those members will be given the new sub rate.
