To ensure your data is in sync, as soon as someone is marked as arrived in Sevenrooms, we'll ensure you can see this check-in on the membership activity and leveraged for automation.

Whether you scan their membership card via our POX or you marked them as Arrived in Sevenrooms, we'll make sure this visit is tracked back to their member profile. This additional data point can help you identify frequency compared to the activities they've shown up for, for example do they show up for dining or for events more often.
To enable this, simply mark the reservation as Arrived in Sevenrooms. Upon doing so, you will see the member check-in on their CRM profile and other reports.
