Surveys and review requests allow you to proactively engage your customers while gathering valuable feedback.
Surveys can be created under Engage>Surveys & Forms then integrated into other PeopleVine tools like contests and loyalty programs (e.g. you can require a survey to be completed for entry/registration).
Choose among various styles for your survey questions:
short answer
long answer
select single answer from list (display all)
select single answer from list (dropdown)
select multiple answers from list
select a date
rating 1 through 5
yes or no response
attach a file
Similarly, you can add product ratings (5-star format) and testimonial prompts to your website. Find this option under Engage>Ratings & Reviews.
