Peoplevine will automatically reward points to the person upon completing the designated action. But if you setup a "manual" task or want to reward specific points, then follow these steps:
Login to the Peoplevine Control Panel
Go to Reward > Loyalty > Reward Points
Select the activity they completed, enter the total points and any other relevant details/notes
This will then automatically add the points to their account as long as they meet the requirements.
Their total points and activity will now reflect this.
If you need to remove points from a person, you can do so by following these steps:
Login to the Peoplevine Control Panel
Find the person you would like to modify their points.
Find the activity they completed and click edit
You can then deny the points which will then remove it from their point total
