Follow the steps in this tutorial to send out your first newsletter to a list of specific people:

  1. Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel

  2. Go to Connect > Newsletters > Compose Newsletter

3. Select the tool you want to use to design your newsletter (we suggest the builder)

4.Complete the required fields for your newsletter.  You may choose to set a campaign name for easy reference
5. If you chose the builder, you will be directed to build out your newsletter
6. Select a snippet by clicking on the side tab to drag and drop onto your newsletter

7. Once you completed the content, click Save and Publish Live.
8. Now you can select who to send it to
9. Your CRM is broken down by activities completed and other segment-able data.  Select the recipients and click Assign and Continue.
10. You can now schedule the outgoing message.

Please note our platform delivers emails every 15 minutes (on the 00, 15, 30 and 45 at each hour).
