So you've got a few orders via Peoplevine eCommerce and now you want to know where to find them and how to manage them. Follow these steps and we'll help you manage orders from cart to fulfillment.

Subscribe to Notifications

As with everything in Peoplevine, we highly encourage you to subscribe to notifications which will automatically notify you when an order is completed. To set this up, go to Sell > Commerce > Order History and click on Notify Me (Orders) to be notified when an order is completed.

Viewing Orders and Filtering by Status

After an order is completed and/or even attempted to be completed, you will see the status of this order under Sell > Commerce > Order History. It will provide a list of your most recent orders as well the ability to apply filters such as status, date placed, order source and more.

If you scroll to the bottom, you can also filter orders by status or lack thereof in order to handle only the orders that need to be pulled or shipped.

When viewing an order, Peoplevine will step you through the fulfillment process by prompting you to confirm different information, specifically:

  • Verify billing and shipping information to ensure accurate

  • Pull items off the shelves and mark as pulled

  • Ship where you can add a tracking number and generate packing slips

  • Completed signifying that all steps were completed and it left your facility

There are additional flags such as paid, modified, returned and the ability to flag if you followed up with the customer or not.
