Logging in and Arrived List

This article will guide you through the process of logging in, navigating, and using the features of your account on the PeopleVine platform.

Step 1:

At the login screen, select either the Americas or EMEA region based on your Control panel login. If you use control.peoplevine.com, select Americas. If you use control.peoplevine.co.uk, select EMEA.

Step 2:

Enter your email address and password. After your initial login, you'll have the option to use face ID for future logins.

Step 3:

Once logged in, you'll see a list of all companies you have access to with your account.

Step 4:

Choose the company you want to access. In this example, we're logging into citiclub.

Step 5:

You'll land on the Arrive screen. This is where you'll see recent check-ins at your club.

Step 6:

You can view check-ins in either card view or table view. The table view offers a more condensed view of check-ins.

Step 7:

Use the search function to find specific check-ins. For example, you can search for "Tom" to see all his recent check-ins.

If you have multiple check-in apps installed at your club, you can select a specific location.

Step 9:

Set a time filter to view check-ins from a specific date. Use the date picker to select or deselect dates.

Step 10:

Use filters to view check-ins from members, guests, or everyone. You can also see a total count of check-ins in this view.

Step 11:

Each check-in card provides information about the check-in source, quick actions like adding a note or a guest, the member's name, membership details, member ID, and check-in time and type.
