In this article, you'll learn how to view and manage a member's activities and reservations using the check-in card feature.
Step 1: Open the check-in card to view the activities a member has booked for the day.
Step 2: Click on a specific reservation, for example, Tom's dining reservation.
Step 3: Review the reservation details, such as the number of guests and the date of the reservation.
Step 4: If needed, create a new staff note attached to the specific reservation. This could be a note about the quality of the food or any other relevant information. You have the option to set this note as open or closed. An open note acts like a task ticket, visible to your staff as a to-do item.
Step 5: Click on Tom's scan to view the same information that appeared when he scanned his membership card upon entering the club.
Step 6: This view presents an Apple wallet style interface, allowing you to see other cards the member has, such as vouchers or guest passes. You can also view some of the same information that was on the scan itself.
