The goal is to build your CRM of loyal customers and the best way to do that is enabling your ticket purchasers to allow others to participate in the experience with them.

Once someone has purchased a ticket to an event, they will be prompted to share/transfer that ticket to someone else if they desire. 

Once clicking on the Share button, they will be able to enter the recipients first name, last name and e-mail address along with a message to inform them.  At this point, PeopleVine will geneerate a CRM record for the recipient and push the tickets into their account.

Once the ticket is transferred, it will reflect both in their My Account as well as the Control Panel.
