Setup Sevenrooms to Provide Slot Availability to the Your Portal's Dining Reservations

Are you using our Sevenrooms integration and you're not seeing availability? Then you may need to setup your schedules to include PV.

Login to Your Sevenrooms account as an admin and click on the Settings option.

Click on Access Rules under Availability.

You will now see the rules that you will need to edit. Keep in mind, you will need to perform this for each of your distinct rules.

Click on Edit then Edit All Days.

Note that you will need to click on today or a date in the future to be able access the 'edit' function.

Go to section 2. Audiences and click on 'custom audiences'. Ensure you see Peoplevine (or a variation of PeopleVine or App).

By enabling this, you're allowing the PeopleVine portal to allow your members to book up to 1 month in advance.

After you hit save, your members can now book on your website (pending you've already loaded your API credentials).
