Q: Can we add COF and individual house accounts for 2nd members? How do we rectify this?

A: Yes of course, you can attach a new payment method to their account (should be a link on the CRM profile under transactions). As well in the member portal they can go to https://member.classiccarclubmanhattan.com/account/paymentonfile to add one. They don't have to be the subscriber, you can add a payment on file to any CRM record.

Additionally : Each member should have their own member card number (even if they are a sub member). They can then add a credit card to their crm profile. They just need to provide their member number to charge it.
