Looking to ensure your hostess knows when a member entered the building? Enable this feature with Sevenrooms to add a member as a walk-in in Sevenrooms when scanned in.

Create the best hospitality experience by ensuring your hostess stand knows when a member has checked-in whether they have a reservation (currently support) or not (just added).

When setting up your integration with Sevenrooms, check the box "If member doesn't have a reservation, we will add them as a walk-in" which will now add them to Sevenrooms if they don't currently have a reservation.

Once enabled, when scanning a member in, our system will mark them as PRE_ARRIVED in Sevenrooms if they have a reservation or add as a Walk-In if they don't.
