Guest Passes

In this article, you'll learn how to add a guest to a scan and manage guest passes effectively.

Step 1: Tap on the Add Guest button to add a guest to a scan.

Alternatively, navigate to the scan and tap on Add a Guest here.

Step 2: If the guest, for example Tom, has previously shared a guest pass, it will appear here. If Tom brings an unregistered guest, create a new guest pass. The default setting is anonymous for quick count creation. For instance, if Tom brings three guests, check them all in at once using the Check in All button.

Step 3: If your club requires more security, add a guest's name and email. This action creates a CRM record for the guest and sends a guest pass to their email or phone number.

Step 4: Set an arrival date and time for future guests to plan their visit.

On the top left of the screen, you'll notice that Tom has seven available guest passes. You'll also see that two guest passes were shared with him.

At the bottom of the screen, there's a section for recent guests. If Tom had guests recently, their names and information will automatically appear here. This feature makes it easy to add repeat guests. All you need is their first name or profile image.
