In this article, you'll learn how to navigate and use the CRM profile feature in the control panel.
Step 1: Open your CRM profile in the control panel.
Step 2: Filter the profiles. In this example, we're filtering by VIPs.
Step 3: Switch to the table view for a more condensed view of the profiles.
Step 4: Add a guess from the screen.
Step 5: Navigate to a specific member's CRM profile.
Step 6: View basic details about the member, such as their email and phone number. You'll also see their membership details and status.
Step 7: Check out tags like profile attributes and any notes on their profile.
Step 8: View bookings, tags, or notes on the individual tabs for those specific details.
Step 9: Edit some basic details about the member.
