When setting up Membership Subscriptions in PeopleVine users are assigned credits for their subscriptions
Sometimes customers may need to receive credits back to their account manually. To do this follow the steps below:
1. Search for the customer's name in the PeopleVine CRM
2. Locate the Credits module of the CRM profile
3. Locate the specific subscription and click 'Edit'
4. Edit the credit units as necessary and click 'Update'
